INVICTUS WEST SHORE NOW OPEN
INVICTUS HQ has two locations in the Capital Regional District: Victoria and West Shore. Our WEST SHORE location operates at 2342 West Shore Parkway, Langford (Rock Water Martial Arts) .
The schedule (see below) for West Shore has some rotation each month but has Mondays and Wednesdays as the set days. The PJJ (Police Jiu Jitsu) is only open to law enforcement. However, the BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) classes are open to the public. Alex Erwin is the head instructor of the West Shore location.
Alex is a brown belt in BJJ and a 2nd degree black belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu. He has been training for 17 years.
NOTE: The Victoria and West Shore locations operate independently, with different schedules, fee structures and policies.
